Hi, I’m Annette, a paramedic from Timiskaming EMS in Northern Ontario. In September I’ll be taking part in the Tour Paramedic Ride, a 4 day, 500 km cycling event from Toronto to Ottawa that raises funds to support injured and fallen paramedics and their families. This ride is something I’ve wanted to do for a long time. It’s a chance to challenge myself, but more importantly, to give back to a profession that means so much to me.
